Erwan Bouroullec designed the Traverse Bench in 2025 as part of a broader furniture collection created to effortlessly blend into any outdoor environment. The collection is defined by its durable die-cast aluminium frames and slatted surfaces made from heat-treated ash, chosen for its strength and the distinctive patina it develops over time.

Ideal for both contract and residential settings, the bench can be used on its own or paired with other pieces from the collection, such as the rectangular Traverse Dining Table.

All pieces in the collection are flat-packed for customer assembly, helping to reduce the carbon footprint.
